It's sad but... we've found out that Luftwaffe used AGM-65Ds and 65Gs! This means F-4F can actually get night ground attack capability (because it was also the only aircraft in Luftwaffe service to use Mavericks), @Smin1080p , are the devs aware Luftwaffe operated 65Ds and 65Gs on the F-4F?

Where? Any source?

Speaking of F-4F and air-ground ordinance, anyone got any more info on the Sensor Pod carried by this F-4F ICE?

Spoiler

Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, who mention a 300 million USD sale of 300 AGM-65D and 1200 AGM-65G in 1988

The "sensorpod" was used during the testing of the IRIS-T, basically just to take different measurements.

Best reported with any evidence.

Based on the colours, they'd be either AGM-65B or AGM-65G

I think that one's an AGM-65D (at least that is what the two stock image sites selling the image say it is).

At least some of those photos are AGM-65Bs though. For example the missile in this photo:

Spoiler

F-_4F_Phantom_II_-_Waffen_-.jpg.cba563b3

Has AGM-65B written on the side when viewed from another angle:

Spoiler

The other photos are too far away to tell what missile they are.

First one might be a D/G but quite confident the second two are Bs

D/G have an opaque amber/golden colored sensor window for the IR seeker made of zinc sulfide, rather than a transparent glass one
