[2.19.0.64] Questionable DEFA F1 HEAT-FS velocity and incorrect armor penetration capability

My game version: (2.19.0.64)

# Description

DEFA F1 90mm cannon, which is also known as DEFA type 921 or D.921, and as domestic variant for South African vehicles GT-2, currently has incorrect ammo velocity, and the shells have undervalued armor penetration (current 320 mm, documented 350 mm). In the sources there are mentioned two numbers showing 750 m/s and 800 m/s, depends on casing type:

Just as a SIDE note, 350 mm of armor penetration capability was also mentioned in one of the ELC documents which is equipped with 90 mm gun (different, DEFA D.915) and HEAT-FS ammunition of fin-stabilized type:

1. Select any vehicle that uses DEFA F1/D.921/GT-2 cannon (such as AML-90, Eland 90 and so on)

2. Compare HEAT-FS ammo penetration capability and muzzle velocity with documented values
