[Development] 2S38 - Fast and Angry - News - War Thunder

In "Fire and Ice" update, AA tracking feature has been added to light tanks that had such feature in real life. However, the HSTV-L, despite having the feature in real life, did not receive it.

Suggested fix: add AA tracking feature to HSTV-L.

# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. launch testflight in HSTV-L in any gamemode

2. aim at any aircraft and try lock on
