Skyflash / RB71 should have 37 km lock range instead of 30 km

My game version: (2.21.1.30)

 

# Description

The Skyflash and RB71 (the Swedish designation for Skyflash) currently have a 30 km (16 nautical miles) lock range, but this should be 37 km (20 nautical miles).

 

# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Look at the Skyflash / Rb71 stat card

2. Observe that the lock range is 30 km

 

# Additional Information

In order to verify the stat card was correct I test flew the Phantom FGR.2 and attempted to lock onto the high altitude MiG-15 in the test drive map. It was not possible to lock the target with a Skyflash at 37 km range and even at 30 km range a lock was possible, but the indicator was not a full circle:

This document produced by the US Air Force Systems Command Foreign Technology division states that the MiG-15 has an RCS of 2-3 m² which means it is a valid target for my testing in the # Additional Information section (the lock range in the manual is given against a 2m² target).

AIM-7F Standard Missile Characteristics

This document lists the following lock ranges for AIM-7 Sparrow missiles against a 2m² target:

• AIM-7C: 6.5 nautical miles (12 km)
• AIM-7D: 8.3 nautical miles (15 km)
• AIM-7E: 13.5 nautical miles (25 km)
• AIM-7F: 22 nautical miles (40 km)

 

These lock on ranges perfectly match the lock on range for each missile in game. This shows that Gaijin use a 2m² target as the standard for lock on range in game. Therefore the Skyflash lock on range should be 37 km in game (as this is the range specified for a 2m² target.
