M1A2 SEP incorrect gunner's and commander's sight zoom

My game version: (2.21.1.30)

# Description

The M1A2 SEP has the wrong levels of zoom for its gunner and commander thermals. In game, the gunner and commander sights have 3x and 10x zoom whilst in reality, the M1A2 SEP has zoom presents of 3x, 6x, 13x, 25x and 50x. The 25x and 50x zooms are digital, whilst the 3x to 13x is the standard optical zoom. The gunner sights and commander sights in reality share the same thermal viewer optics.

# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Inspect M1A2 SEP in x-ray mode

2. Hover cursor over the gunner sight and commander sight
