Apex update no longer works on Mac


Same Problem as Arc_Angel.... Launcher started, loading update but will not start game... not even a error message will be shown... great update again... we (Mac-users) will maybe play in 2-3 weeks again will low graphic and crashes :-(

same here macbook pro m1pro. How is possible, i dont understand the devs didnt test the game before the release? all the mac are crashing, i mean comon guys

Same. The game crashed immediately after I clicked "Play" in the launcher, and reinstalling the game did not solve the issue. 

 

I have a 2019 Macbook Pro, Catalina Version 10.15.7 (19H15)

Yeah, it's the same for me, I've reinstalled multiple times, restarted my computer, and nothing's really working.

same problem. Crash after launcher.
MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020)

Judging by how long and useless they took to fix the problems from the the update 2 updates ago. wouldnt be surprised if its not fixed before mid next year,

imagine. the amount of lost premium time and the crafting event from april was gone because of the hard freezes on macs. Took them like 4 months to fix with zero compensation. When i made a support request asking if i could refund my premium time i just bought , i was told that my account would be banned.

I need to finish grinding out a vehicle before the sales, I'm trying to keep my hopes up, but it's difficult given Gaijin's shaky reputation.

its been around for 9 months and still happens , not as often as it did , but still does. Gaijin is a smoothed oiled machine of " if i do not recognise a problem, there is no problem"

yeah I understood that and maybe they don't care about Mac players that represent 0.000001% of their players

i did it now , didnt work for me tho. go to the file folder and find the cache file , delete the contents.
