Why does CCIP steering line follow pilot's head movement in HUD?

Steering line in CCIP bombing mode should not move along with pilot's head. It is should be only graphics projected to HUD along with all other elements, not some kind of additional 3D layer which changes place

when pilot heads moves.

 

--> It should move, I confused CCIP line with CCRP line which should not move
