The current traverse is an educated guess by gaijin based on possible angles of the 3d model of the HMG in the cone. 2. There are no specific data regarding a planned turret traverse available. Gaijin has a copy of the non-publicly available primary source. 3. If they would have had data of a planned traverse with actual useful angles, i am sure they would have had implemented these angles. 4. Everything else, like implementing German FDL technology or modifications of the cone, or a modified HMG is science-fiction. 5. I scored several thousand kills with SM92 in Air RB - not a single kill with this turret, The turret is useless. 6. My autogunner scored several hits on guys out of ammo, trying to kill me by ramming. No kills as they broke off. 7. In order to hit anything with the current 2-3 degree traverse your enemy must fly direct behind you on the same level. 8. 20 meters left or right, up or down and you have zero chance to hit anything. 9. Fly this amazing plane like a single seater, forget the turret, if you need it, something went wrong, and you are dead anyway. 10.
