        I'm a Chinese War Thunder player.I'm glad to receive such a big gift at the Spring Festival.I bought 69IIG and T62 NO.545 as my New Year gift.And,I have bought 96AP,WMA301 and 69IIA before.I think I am very experienced in using them.However,I've got bad news that WMA301 and PTL02 have had a "BR rising".First of all, China 8.3BR is undoubtedly very powerful.Therefore, many players from other countries want to balance the strength of 8.3 in China.However, many Chinese players are just interested in "8.3 Direct purchase and play".Imagine, if a Chinese 8.3 player bought a 8.3 paid vehicle, what would he do next?His goal is probably to get 99A and WZ1001.In order to achieve this goal, he will probably buy several more paid vehicles to build a group.This is why many of my friends including myself bought 69IIG and T62NO.545 during the Spring Festival this year.More importantly, the autogenous strength of WMA301 and PTL02 does not allow them to stay at BR8.7.As tank destroyers, their main gun firepower should be far stronger than ordinary tanks.300+deep-penetrating ammunition played well in 8.3, but when encountering 8.7 composite armor or accidentally entering higher BR and encountering explosive reaction armor, their performance was stretched.In fact, WMA301 still has a battle because of ATGM.However, PTL can only issue new shells if it wants to strengthen its firepower, but 400+deep-penetrating shells are too powerful for 8.7.To sum up, I think it is not appropriate for PTL02 to raise BR, while it is reasonable for WMA301 to raise BR if new shells are added.Of course, no matter which change to China 8.3 is unfavorable for attracting more players to develop China's technology tree, unless we can see the new paid main battle tank in China 8.7.Or more frankly, in order to attract more people to pay in China Line, we might as well make 10.0 or even 11.0 paid main battle tanks. More importantly, the Chinese line lacks the BR of light tanks like BMP or TAM up to 9.7. In that case, why not launch the Golden Eagle light tank and give it some strength, such as adding VT4, VT5 and other well-known foreign trade tanks? These foreign trade tanks are exported to Thailand and other countries. In this way, won't it attract more players from other countries to play?I admit that you have made a good balance on 69IIG, but the changes of WMA301 and PTL really need to be discussed. Throw that a bit away all Chinese vehicle  in 8.3BR expect T62 are all 100%OP than any other vehicle in the same BR

You better check out that 69IIG at 8.3.

69IIG + 69IIa + WMA301 + T62 = P2W

You do realize the PTZ89 is worse than both those two tanks, right? Worse mobility, no thermals, no scouting or uav, no ATGM or proxy shell. Much worse turret traverse.

If anything, you should be arguing for PTZ89 at 8.3.
