charioteer Fwd: Missing damage model for suspension on the Charioteer, Cromwell ( I and V)

My game version: (2.23.1.55)

# Description

The Charioteer, Cromwell 1 and 5 is missing the damage model for the suspension. This suspension show's up on other tanks that have it.

# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Load any of the aforementioned vehicles in the hanger
2. Go into armor viewing mode and take a look at the area where the suspension armor would be.
