7.0 full premium USA

My wallet is screaming at me, he knows whats about to happen, my mind is telling me no but my body... So i plan to buy 7.0 full premium lineup for arcade the 2x golden eagle ones and the 40 euro one. Good investment or bad? Pros cons any1? I am thinking this will help me grind till idk i hope till 10 or even 11.3

The 7.0 US tanks are all good. Running a "all premium" lineup will provide bonus for SL and RP.

I guess it is up to you to decide if the investment is worth it...you do get the vehicles, so i am assuming you will play them a lot. I have none, to be honest, but i was considering a 7.0 US vehicle and i "decided" the M114 is the best option, and am waiting for a sale...the other 7.0s have similar equivalents on the "normal" tree...so i will grind those instead.

 

COMMON (not necessarily valid for all) suggestion is that PREMIUM TIME is better...and the ideal purchase is ONE YEAR on A 50% SALE.

The issue with premium vehicles is that their are particularly useful while you research other vehicles on same tree and range...but lose "impact" if you play other vehicles...

 

Personally i try to get REALLY GOOD vehicles that add to my NORMAL TREE...as an investment on a FULL PREMIUM LINEUP is a bit steep for me...and not all three vehicles are really "necessary", i guess. TBH, i wasn't even aware that there as a nation/BR combo where you could get three premium...

Not with 300 battles on the watch - its too early for BR 7.0.

1. Wait for May 9th, as there will be the next sale (up to -50% on stuff again)

 

2. The higher the BR, the harder it gets to get good results. I personally always recommend lower BR vehicles, with the focus to generate Silverlions - as it is far easier to score. (SL always are the bottleneck when you reach higher BR's)

 

3. Dont run for BR >8.3 you will get eaten alive without good crewlevels and personal experience.

Why not?

So my crew levels are 130x5 (some 136 133 etc) tank crews. 

Waiting for 50% discount spounds solid thanks for the tip.

Average 7.0 opponent will be (way) more experienced than lower level players.

7.0 combat is usually at somewhat longer ranges which requires different aiming. Opponent vehicles will be "strange" to you.

Aircraft are deadlier and faster...

Also...repair costs and times will be considerably higher...at 7.0 you can lose more SL than you win if you have auto repair and auto ammo on...and do badly on the match.

 

Bottom line...it will depend if you can adapt quickly...if you think so, i personally think you should play what you like...

The worst that can happen is you will buy the vehicles and will require some "training" (eventually at lower levels) before you can use them effectively.

Fair enough, or i just get 7.0 get rekt and lay low for a while. I am at 4.7 with america now and 2.0 with germany. I learned its a good ideea go have some decent multiple low level line to farm SL. Thinking of making 5 lines of 5 countrys till around 5.0. I like the 4.7-5.0 lines repair is only 7 hours. Later i saw its abysmal. I am below average at the moment but o have moments when i shine

I guess we have similar experiences...in my case i have a high level Russian lineup (Premium and Squadron)...but i play it less as it is always repairing

BUT...i like to play it...it is different with all the missiles and fast MBTs. I am not so good, but i can manage to help and have fun.

 

At 7.0 it is not so hard, so i guess you will be fine sooner or later.

4.7 is already close enough so experience is similar...just be advised players will be A LOT better in 7.0...rarely a bad player. At 9 and above it is even worse

 

As long as game is fun you cant go wrong...

I can only speak for Realistic Ground, but there are a ton of bad players >8.0 in all those premiums/squadvehicles.

 

Those also leave after the first death in most cases as they only bring one vehicle - so you need to be extra skilled to balance this out, or get overrun by the enemy - overall not a pleasent experience if you arent well prepared for that (thats why i never recommend rushing into hightier with a low amount of games + and without good lineup including AA and CAS -> ground RB).

 

In addition to that everything is faster (mobility, shells and CAS), and in RB you have the laserrangefinder, which is kind of the same thing as the aim assist in Arcade.

Yeah i already had this super experience in 2 consecutive games last night when 2 diferent players entered with just one blackcat did nothing got rekt and left. Is there a system that "rewards" this type of gameplay? Like if you start a game with 2-3 playes like this you are -4/6 tanks in your team from first second of the game.

I really like the 7.0 lineup in the USA tree. So much so, that I decided to make it one of my cornerstone SL/RP making lineups, that's super fun to play. I have the T114, M46 Tiger & T29; I like the T29 best - it is frequently an absolute monster.

 

These premiums are fun, but you do need to have some time in the game to make them more fun, with less stress/frustration.
