QN506 needs the option to choose F&F or beam guided otherwise remove F&F entirely.

F&F is too inaccurate and is not modeled well enough ingame to justify overriding regular missiles.  The QN506 would better operate as a slower BMP2M than the current state due to the lackluster performance of F&F.
