These vehicles are functionally identical except the T-69 II G loses IR while gaining a higher penetration APFSDS round.

 

Either both need to be 8.3 or both need to be 8.7

 

The disparity is nonsensical.

T-69 II G doesnt have thermals.

move 59D1 to 8.3 because despite the thermals turret traverse is like that of a panther D or an M10. imagine fighting 9.7s with that. even leo A1s and higher are already hard to fight with such terrible gun handling

59D1(8.7) compared to 69IIG(8.3)

Advantages:

• Thermal imaging
• 3.5-7x zoom
• heavy ERA on the hull

Disadvantages:

• poorer horsepower
• fewer turret ERAs
• extremely poor turret speed
• worse apfsds penetration
• lack of HE-VT
• lack of ESS

Seriously, 59d1 should drop to 8.3

59d1 will be deleted thermal and drop to 8.3, hopefully this will implemented in the next major update

 

In the future 59d1 will lose two-axis stab and only has vertical stablizer, as the same as regular Type 59. 

 

All these changes are for historical accuracy.
