Can’t get the ATGM’s on predator drones to lock or fire (PS4)

Are there any console players who are able to use the predator drones? I have all my controls setup. I have sight stabilization but I can’t get a lock. Whenever I use the lock air to ground key bind it says “no self homing missle” when I legit have 2 ATGMs with me. So if there are any console players can you tell me your controls/key binds it would really help. Been at this for about a week now and haven’t gotten one missle off the rail

 

edit: so I figured out how to get a lock on the tank. But yet I still can’t get the missle to fire. I have a key bind for firing air to ground missle but it does nothing
