Struggling in Ground RB due to seal clubbers and others

Seal clubbing will happen at all BR ranges not just at lower BRs and it affects veterans and new players the same way.

When a team falls apart and you lose all map control, the other side will push you.

We tried giving immunity within the spawn-zones, and it derailed. People found OP spots in their spawn and there was nothing you could do to flush them out.

This cant happen at all BR ranges...by definition a player at higher BR is NOT A "SEAL". Either they played their way up and gained the experience...or they bought the vehicle and they are deliberately going into big boys territory without the proper training.

Players mistake "skill" with "experience"...if you are killed by better players it IS NOT "seal clubbing". PERIOD.

(BTW...i am killed by better players ALL THE TIME...i simply realize i am not as good as them...but i keep trying my best)

Call it shooting fish in a barrel then. My point is, that even if you are the best player on war thunder you will experience your team completely collapsing and the other team taking advantage of that.

Exactly. Works the other way around also.
If i kill you from an unexpected angle you cant call it seal clubbing, its just your lack of experience. Hopefully you can capitalize on the fact that you came across something unexpected and learn. :goodsnail:

I dont understand OP at all. Its a bold assumption to say that GRB infected with seal clubbers just because he is getting killed.

even if they fit a radial engine into it it would not require them to enlarge the tank

Yes it does.  That's simply what you get when you put a Donut shaped engine into a square. Unless you put in flat laying in, then you would need a problematic 90 degree shaft and probably get massive cooling problems. A radial engine is simply nothing suited for low profile.

the problem is that it part of the carrot/stick plan Gaijin got.

Gaijin hopes enough people will get enough frustrated to buy that edge that will stop being on the receiving end of the seal clubbing club club.

So it's not only accepted by Gaijin, but also encouraged, just like revengekilling (they even made a challenge of it last BP)

I love this game, but i hate the business model where they are using every trick in the book to make people spend money (and its mostly stuff like this, looooooong grinds or other frustrating stuff)

I hope they will try the carrot at a point, as i would even pay a monthly subscription if that meant more close fights and stuff.

The short version: working as intended. (sorry)

.

To sum up the Problem here folks. Its a game that allows you to play low tier. So people are going to do low tier. Its their choice. I myself am a vet and I play 4.7 to 6.7 mostly. Not cause I think "newer players easier wins" but simply because I enjoy that be over other ones. Besides. My team loses around 70 percent of the time it feels. I just go for kills. Not wins

It is when you are low rank and the player killing you is a Marshal with maxed out crew.

I find it odd when Marshals play in BR1 Arcade.

Sure there might be a few starting a new country - so their vehicles and crews are same as beginners.  But with the number I've seen, that's not the only reason (looking at their player card confirms it).  Many are there "clubbing" beginners - 1 player getting 15-20 kills in a BR1 battle - more than the entire opposite team. Seems like they are just padding their stats.  Certainly does nothing for beginner-player retention.

Seal clubbers are merely lap top commando troglodytes feeling sorry for themselves getting wasted at 10.0 , thus having momentary glory killing a newbie.
