It is about problem with Gaijin, not Steam... and it is about business practices, not technical.

Economy is one thing, but recently in air we get many changes nobody wanted and things people asked for that never came, not even in 10 years.

And this is just some, related to Air RB, not even going to touch on the crap you pull off in GRB which is far worse.

 

People are truly at their ends, nobody here wants to review bomb, complain on reddit, and all those things. NOBODY wants to spend time on this. But if this is the only way you actually start to pay attention then deal with it.

 

Not to mention, that line about leaving feedback on this forum? So many times any type of feedback is wiped into Threads Archive to solve it. Its so frustrating if the official forum of a game doesn't allow for any open discussion around a sensitive topic. Its either dropped to archive or redirected to some thread from 2013 with 500 pages of the same complaints to get it out of sight instead of having a discussion. Why do you think a lot of people move to other platforms to discuss your game, and if you dont participate and engage there, then you are just going to end up out of touch with your playerbase - as you are right now.

Realshatter single handedly was the thing that ruined the game for me. The fact that its been reported numerous times and Gaijin chooses to ignore it is beyond me.

And *this* is exactly why the negative reviews on steam are not stopping and are more than justified. I wasn't sure whether to participate in this but after they moved this thread to this subforum (even though it is clearly not about a technical issue with steam) just shows their ignorance. If you mess up you own it, simple as that. Trying to hide stuff just makes you look even more shady...

You don't get points for taking off/landing anymore.
You don't get points for being in combat/dogfight with ennemies around you anymore.
You don't get points for ricochets anymore.
You don't get the daily x5 anymore.
You don't get the daily x2 anymore (that used to be x5)
They gutted the gains multiple times.
They added a soft lock to how much gains you could make in a single mission.
They gutted the missions from 55 minutes to 25 minutes max.
They removed gold rewards for completing tutorials
They removed gold wagers
They decreased gains from victories from 20% and added 20% to losses (this is bad for anying with a positive win ratio)
They gutted sim rewards
They gutted the rewards linked to activity in battle
They ruined helicopter EC and made them even harder to grind
Made assists overall harder to get
The battle passes have 3 vehicles instead of 4, you can't just sell the first vehicles anymore without having to grind even more.

 As only just few features of game that was removed from  players hand. As about premium vehicles and premium account, you know ... 60 bucks for a car from ~ 2000.

There was never a chance that Ukraine will win. I mean the RF came in with 150k soldiers against 450k trained Ukrainians. The conflict will end as soon as the remaining 100-150k trained Ukrainian soldiers died. But if you like out of the box thinking:

 

What about if you want to sell your business? You create increased revenues and decreasing in-game profitability (enforcing more premium sales) over a longer period. A potential buyer can't argue about financial facts, so if we all agree that this whole economy issue started to get severe (2019 till today) it could be a part of strategy to increase the value for potential buyers.  

I mean this game as a whole is amazing and has incredible potential so there are for sure a hell of real global players willing to pay a significant amount for this. Putting the company to Hungary (EU) circumvented all embargo and restrictions.

I very much doubt they will go that far. Pulling WT from steam will kill the game, everyone who remembers the old launcher wants nothing to do with it. And they have a lot more to lose than us

The answer is obvious. It's the same reason their "response" was bs gaslighting on how "F2P games need to make profit somehow". Same reason they removed the link to Steam from the front page. Same reason this thread is buried as "Steam problems". Just remember the 26th.
