Su-39 - 10$ discount for missing weapons.

Greetings!
Today, a Su-39 bundle appeared at store. With a price of $70, for some unknown reason, it lacks many regular weapons.
I ask you be reasonable and give it a $10 discount until whole range of weapons were added.
This will be fair, since I should pay $ 70 but not get euqalty of goods.
And to everyone who has already bought it, give the equal difference in golden eagles or premium acc.

K, if I buy the vehicle now for 60 bucks...

...what happens when Gaijin add the full range of weapons? Will I have to pay 10 bucks to get access to the full loadout?

It cosys $70 because it's a Rank VII premium. It would cost the same amount even if it only had guns or even if it had R-77 and tactical nukes.
