DerLachendeMann 506 Report post Posted June 3, 2023 Recently I got one of these again as well, sometimes I like to downtier a P-40 to 2.0 and just wreak havoc in air AB in a 1.0-2.0 game... but then when I play 10.something there are usually a couple players below lvl 10 that do fun stuff like crashing on take off with their nice shiny premium plane they just bought... Senior Game Master Schindibee 2,862 Report post Posted June 12, 2023 Questions about this messagepop up every few months, and every time I explain that people only need to worry about what they have done that may actually be against the rules, and not about how many timey one is reported. Important: We GM's only act/punish if a player is a) reported and b) the report's automatically generated chat log actually proves a punishable offense. Spamming reports will not get another player chat banned, if he hasn't done anything wrong. On the contrary, we often have to punish players who indiscriminately and excessively spam reports with no valid content, as per our rules this is also considered a punishable offense. But don't worry if you report something that turns out not to be punishable. That's about 90-95% of all reports, and in my long year experience, only roughly 5-10% of all sent reports prove a misbehaviour and lead to a chat ban. It's only when players start spamming reports (several reports against one player, and this done repeatedly in several matches) that we take action.
