Cant 2-Factor my Steam WT account because I have a Gaijin account with the same email

Hey everyone I'm hoping for a quick and easy solution to this but I don't believe there will be but I digress.

So per title I would like to add 2-factor AUTH to my Steam-WT account so that I may sell some vehicle coupons that I have however, to do so I need to link my phone # but before that I need to link my email to unlock the ability to link my phone. The problem arises in which I am already using my email for my Gaijin account which I do not use to play WT but Enlisted, and I have a fair amount of progress so I simply cant delete it. 

Is there a way to somehow connect my email to my steam-wt account without deleting my Gaijin account with the same adress?
