how can i unlink my account from DMM

Hello,
I mistakenly linked my war thunder account to the DMM service. For some reason, I didn’t have payment methods other than DMM, and without understanding the problem, I followed the link and registered for DMM ... I contacted Gaijin support. they told me to contact DMM support. i wrote dmm suport... they gave me another link and told me to go there. http://warthunder.dmm.com/inquiry/.. which I did... they told me that I can buy with DMM and it's impossible to unlink my account. Is it so ? i read forums where people have successfully unlinked their account from this service... i can't pay because the app is completely in japanese... which i don't know... plus the prices are much lower in my area....

Hello I am a Japanese who left japan and had my Gaijin account linked to DMM and then delete it. Just one thing DO NOT DELETE THAT DMM ACCOUNT. Also yes the pay ment is on DMM points which is 1 DMM point 1 yen. If you bought something from dmm in warthunder it is impossible to unlink in the current agreement. Also I have not heard any succsess unlinking from dmm the past 2 year. 

 

Also do you live in Japan? if so it is impossible to unlink in japan + when bought things by using dmm point on gaijin store.  Or did you user a vpn linked to japan? DMM only payment only occures if your in japan or you have it linked. I checked you dmm support request and it seems that your in japan so it gave you this message. If your out of japan you need to say to dmm support your of of japan and want to apply to unlink. 

 

Just don't delete the dmm account used to the linking you will be able to buy stuff. You will still not be able to use gaijin coins and Gajin market. For gifting you will not be able to gift global users the oppsite applyes too. 

 

Rather then going for support I advise you to keep using dmm as your current status it is mostly worthless going for dmm support.

No, I don't live in Japan and have never been there. i was on vacation in kazakhstan by my family and wanted to buy golden eagles there. maybe my brother used vpn. it was his computer. there was nothing in the payment methods other than DMM. I did not know what it was and registered there. when the registration went through, I corresponded with support for two months and could not solve the problem ... I bought a premium account for two months through DMM, because without it it is impossible to play. I'm not a very successful player. and now DMM support has completely restricted access to help for me, I can’t log in there. I don't want to use DMM as I will soon finish my studies in germany and go back to kazakhstan where prices are much lower than DMM prices. plus I want to trade on the gaijin macret. I don’t know where to write anymore .... I wanted to create a new account, but I won’t. I don’t want to grind again and, moreover, invest in a game that doesn’t help its customers.

Vpn use could have effected your store which will only display in DP, and having the only payment which is dmm.

Also beacuse you bought something on dmm its a unlinkable thing now. it works like steam how you can't unlink it after you bought something on the store.

 

I went on to check the form more about this and this is what I found. It is mostly now impossible for unlink from dmm(support will not help you in anyway), I will advise you to just keep using the account with dmm, or reset the entire account(delete and remake the account) Also if you don't have any event vechle just make a redo it (I had alot so I diden't remake mine)*This include my personal opinion.

 

This information was broguht by my experience with dmm support and the form.

thanks for your reply. I will try to contact DMM support again, if the account cannot be unlinked, then I will simply delete the game. It's not in my best interest to support a game with money whose developer doesn't care about the convenience of their users.
especially not to pay through dmm is already a principle for me.

Hello I think contacting DMM support is not going to help you as your account is locked, this means that they will most likly deny doing support right now. (Also it a waste of time as they will give you the same awser as they aready told you the awnser+ takes about 1-2 week.)  Also it is now unlink able beacuse you aready used dmm as a payment to buy stuff.

The support image you provided says that you agreed to use dmm points in the gaijin store (agreed by buying the premium account) And not eligiable for a unlink, This clearly states to keep using dmm to buy things. I assume that Dmm warthunder support will ignore your inquire and say that they awnserd it a few week ago(which was my case). Also dmm support and dmm warthunder support is a diffrent support, Just don't go to the dmm support as they are a diffrent support office. In very sorry what happend but I can't find any sorces that could help you after you bought something on dmm.  Also this is not mainly warthunder developers falt, as Dmm gives free dmm points on new accounts which many users abused this system getting free golden eagles, so now they don't allow further unlink to prevent players from abusing this system. (this wont apply if you lived in japan and left japan which warthunder dmm support sends out a form to fill information about account and the internet)

I didn't get anything for free. what I bought was just my money, no DMM points. I would still buy a premium for a year again, plus I would like to buy a premium tank from Sweden, but Gaijin does not need money, I will not pay anything through DMM.

I mean using dmm gives player free dmm points this can be found from the dmm game site. And this is not gaijin who don't need money this is more about DMM as they have a agreement to have full controll over user which is linked to DMM(meaning japanese player in japan territory), this is mainly caused by your purchase though dmm which has now locked you in this. if you want to buy thing like premium just remake the account in reality this is not going any where, this system was made to prevent user to abuse dmm services. This had been a problem for the longest time, nothing has changed or worked out with most user for the longest time.

I have not progressed in war thunder. I wrote to support there and they said to contact DMM. after I said that was told in DMM that it was impossible to unlink my account, they wished me good shopping in DMM. they don't want to help, so I don't think that Gaijin needs money.

Hello I Gaijin has a agreement to Dmm which allows DMM to manage accounts in japanese territory(includes DMM linked accounts) Which means Gaijin has no controll over this issue. And dmm games gives players mission which gives free points which is easy to complete, which became a issue in warthunder where player redeem this and unlink and relink repeating this cycle(those players where banned). Iv checked your status and what I could say is that you should keep using it. 

 

This does not mean gaijin don't want to help you to get money, this means they can't do anything due to the agreement with dmm.

 

I do understand your situation and how frusterating it is, as I have been in this a similar situation over 1 year. But your best option is to find a japanese friend with dmm to gift things to you or buy thing by your self though dmm. This is the ONLY option you currently have.  

(please note this statement where writen based on my personal analyst based off your information and my experience with dmm support, it may include miss information thanks)

hello , here is the price difference for my region and for buying through DMM For 25000 golden eagles. 100 euros in DMM and 68 euros in Kazakhstan, now tell me why should I pay more? I can pay for the purchase through DMM myself, but I won't. I want prices for the region where I live, why should I use the service from Japan? if the gaijin doesn't do anything about it, then they're fine with it, so they don't need the money.

I can say your in a better situation then player like me as you still have your dmm account meaning you can still buy things, as I deleted my dmm account I can't buy things only gifting is my way

Ummm don't blam gaijin, this is mostly based on DMM policy which is preventing you from unlinking, as Gaijin is ristricted managing dmm linked accounts, DMM has full athority. 

Please under stand that DMM is currenly there best partner helping gaijin to open warthunder in japan as DMM service has alot of user in japan. Which means this linking is targested to japanese players.

 

Sadly this is the reality to all of player who left japan, who want to unlink from dmm, people who deleted dmm and who accsedentaly linked dmm. 

For me I just give up buying perimum plane, tanks since then I ask friend to gift me, and noticed that its not worth getting perimum tanks and plane as it not fun playing them as they don't give modification no progress not allowing me to suffer. (just wanted the feel that I acomplished the full  modificaton)This what I felt lol

I am grateful to you for the fact that you answered me and wanted to help, but this is my opinion .... gaijin is also to blame here as DMM, because it is inactive. It is possible to conclude a normal contract without giving full power to your colleagues. I have now been banned from DMM support. and what am I to do? I explained that I linked the account by mistake ... and what is the result? I have an account that is linked to DMM which I don't want to use as a payment method, in which I have invested my time to grind and my money, already more than 150 euros... I proved my loyalty to gaijin with my purchases... than gaijin answered me ???? Happy shopping at DMM...

You can still use dmm site right? if so think please think that your lucky as you can still buy thing comapre to other I talked about how to unlink from dmm.

And agin Gaijin is not to blame they have no power over this, Also you used dmm payment once.... same mecanic as steam where you can;t unlink after purchase, meaning linked by mistake won't applie as they will take it as you had intent to use dmm as a payment.

still dmm has some benifits if you in japan, Free dmm points, _____games, good content, anime, and books. 

If you delete it gona get you screwed as it makes it impossible for support as they deem you as not being there customer. Pleaase keep your dmm account just don't most people regrete deleting it, removing all chance from unlinking. Also DMM linked account benifits, accses to dmm collab in warthunder, warthunder packs only for dmm user, early accses for buying building event vechles.

are you talking about people using DMM for profit? what benefit did I get? after I signed up for DMM. I immediately wrote to support and waited a month ... after that I already bought a premium for two months, since it's impossible for me to play without it, I just go into the red. I bought for two months to play while waiting for a response from support.

Why do I need DMM if I'm not going to buy anything else through it?

You can get the benifit by going to dmm.com and to dmm game section you can see that you have a dmm game account(which was reqired to link) and there there are misstion showing free dmm point which can be earned easly 

Also support will just ignore your statement about stop playing warthunder. Beacuse it is your decition to stop playing warthunder they have no right stoping you

dmm won't give me a chance to unlink my account because I can't even get into support. I was banned there... and about the price, look at the prices for Kazakhstan.... they are in rubles... 6210 rubles for 25000 GE.... 6210 rubles is 68 euros.

yes, my brother had a plug-in on the browser that gives a VPN... I didn't know that... and logged in through my account...
