I'd like to know how much the research required has been reduced before I spend money again. They left that very vague and we definitely need a percentage of what they reduced it by.

I hope they will make it more balanced again. 

Ive often talked about Gaijin choosing the stick in trying for frustrate people to spend money, and this looks (to me at least) more like a carrot.

So i hope they will be true to their words

No, that's so far from the truth. I've got plenty of disposable income, could buy every premium and not care. The point is having spent hundreds if not over a thousand dollars yet the grind is still horrible. Paying that much into a game shouldn't feel like a chore playing the game. I'm spending this money to have fun, not be miserable trying to get to top teir in multiple nations.
