Game crashing on startup


Was working fine on 6/13 now crashes on startup, Put in a ticket but no answer yet.

I reinstalled the game and video drivers etc etc. Still crashing on startup. I'm running a clean system with just windows defender nothing fancy.

error code 81110009

 

 

 

Anyone else having this issue?

Hola tengo el mismo problema no puedo entrar 81110009 desde en la mañana percate de una actualizacion en mi PC y no puedo jugar .. AYUDA .. tengo  mucho tiempo invertido en este juego .. saludos

seeing that the error message is refering to the mouse initialization - what kinds of mice do you guys use ?

and do you have a (separate) mouse software / app running on your system ?

It only started after the last major update. So far tech support sent me this link https://support.gaijin.net/hc/en-us/articles/200527662 ..

It dint help of course, I think they give this link out when they don't know what's wrong or how to fix it.

 

Everyone who is getting this error do not forget to setup a ticket with support. Otherwise it will take longer to fix the issue from their side.

Are you serious? It was working for a week no issues before the update. I got a Logitech 502 hero its an expensive gaming mouse and yes it runs drivers and software. But it was working fine and yes I tried different mouse adapters including an old track ball. And no it dint work, but lol. Why would that even matter? Gaijin obviously screwed something up again and is ignoring the issue for now, its not important on their bug report list(probably).

i guess i rather go play the game (like the 85k+ other players) instead of wasting my time here - good luck...

OK, I got it working. I had to install Gforce experience and do a clean driver reinstall. There is a mention in the patch notes about old drivers causing crashes but that dint fix it for me. Once again I had to do a clean reinstall of drivers that took 3 reboots before the issue went away. Im running a 1080 TI 32 gb of ram intel I7. 

I don't know why it was working fine before the new patch and all of a sudden the drivers  weren't good anymore? And needed a clean reinstal instead of an update. Got to be the Russian hakers Am I right?

I updated with the next patch 16 June but got the same error code 81110009. Read these here and someone mentioned GE Force Experience which i had recently installed. I went into that again after WT crashed and now WT is working again.
