Smoke and ocean have been glitching out, anyone else have this issue and know how to fix it?

I've tried messing with my settings and even restarting my pc, but it still happens.

I tried to update it, didn't help.  

 

It appears to only be a war thunder issue because other games don't have any similar issues.
