xbox players still unable to play war thunder


this takes the p@#s 

Thursday we would get internal server error - no answer after leaving this running for an hour or 2 we would be able to play

 

Friday we would get processing update also leave this running would take around 3 hours and it would finally let us play and after an hour we would get a message saying war thunder needs to update and then when we log into the game it would load up the garage if we click search for battle it would search but no one was in the lobby after a few mins searching we get the processing operation window and i had had that running for 5 hours but it just keep's spining.

 

Saturday still doing processing operation 

 

(thing is i sign out of my profile and signed into my sons account and warthunder works with no issues, i created 2 new xbox profiles and on both warthunder works with no issues but i sign back into my account and i get processing operation i also have tried everything i have even factory reset my xbox series X still processing! It has to be an issue with certain profiles never had an issue until major update day
