This in an infantry fighting vehicle; it's not supposed to counter other tanks, other than other armoured cars/IFV.

If I'm not wrong we're getting armored vehicles with the release of the british tree. But the problem I see is that german forces won't have tier V armored vehicles in their tree...I believe none of the german armored vehicles could pen this thing even at close range (frontally).

350mm HEAT rounds say hi. It'll eat pretty much everything T5 for breakfast stock

Isn't it 3 years OOTF? And a gun whose sole round is 350mm pen HEAT is going to cause so many tears (mostly German...) that it isn't worth it

The BMP-1 has like 30-40mm of armor. It's Tier 1 armor on a Tier 5 gun.

That slope though will bounce all the rounds similar to the M10 lineup.

Not even that much, 7mm on the upper front hull, 19mm on the lower. It's sloped a ton but it's still not going to protect against anything bigger than a .50 BMG.
