Computer Crashing Glitch

The issue starts after the launcher starts, and I can see that there is an application loading before the screen goes black.

I've noticed that before this glitch, itd have a message that my driver wouldnt be able to support my graphics, and If i didnt click it my screen would go to black.

Now, i still use this graphic setting (Medium btw.), and it dosnt send the message.

And now, there seems to be another person with the same issue as me.

EDIT: Heres the name "Windows 10 upgrade leads to crashes"

  1. Windows-Logo-Button on keyboard+R
  2. type cmd
  3. open as administrator
  4. type tasklist >tasklist.txt
  5. this file (tasklist.txt) will be saved in C:\Users\Username

  6. attach this file here

Also, I have discovered that this effects more than 1 program.

It also affects the following games on my PC:

TF2

Spore

Heros and Generals

Portal 2 (sometimes.)

Victoria II
Minecraft (sometimes.)

This must mean that its related to my computers graphic system.

You can test your graphic card with benchmark programs.

If all ok with graphic card benchmark, test your processor with benchmark. Is it here ok too, then benchmark graphic card and processor simultaneously.

Alright, I ran one, but it costs money so it doesnt fix it and I got the following:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30GHz by GenuineIntel

My Video Card is an Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 by Intel, with 1798 MB's.

I have a 4096 SODIMM by Samsung S/N as my memory module.

I have 4,044 Megabytes of usable Memory, which I didnt know about until now.

I have a 1650 S/N PCEGQ00QE1P52U HPQOEM - 1 BIOS S/N CNU1421J64 Mainboard. (dear god thats long.)

If you need more stuff, let me know. :good:

I actually meant this way:

At first:

  • stress test your gpu alone (as example with furmark)

Second:

Third:

  • test cpu and gpu simultaneously

In all three cases, but especially in the third, be careful and watch the temperatures of your hardware while doing this!

After the tests are finished tell me the results.
