or doing like helos tree, 2 nations at a certain rank and then boom, a new swiss tree

no, thats not quite the same. France never owned Switzerland, and the Swiss were perfectly neutral anyway.

that tree is if we add all the things that was in mind or not armed also (but it's amazing if we could have the alr piranha in game... but at this moment, gaijin should add some things that never really existed...)

 

I had made my list today:

 

list of swiss aircrafts possible to add in the game (for the french tree) :

-D26 and D27

-C35, C36 and some variants of it

-Potez 630s (2 planes were bought)

-MS406s, modified in D3800, 01, 02, 02A and 03

-BF109Es, Ds and Gs (after destroying a captured night fighter 110G4)

-P51B (captured)

-P51D-20 and 25 (the swiss tested the B variant and decided to by the P51Ds, knowing it was also really cheap)

-Vampires (of different variants (some of them had chaff/flares pods) because they needed to change of aircraft but switzerland coudnt decide what they wanted, so more vampires)

-Venoms (same as the Vampires)

-N20.10 aiguillon (swiss prototype of a jet bomber, weapons were planned and new engines were planned too, but never produced in series)

-P16 (swiss prototype, armed and tested greatly, same as the aiguilon, never produced in series)

-Hunters mk58s (with aim 9p5s, mavericks, break chute, rwr and flares)

-Mirage IIIC (one variant of the C version and still exist, with 2 aim 9bs and 2 falcons)

-Mirage IIIS 1964 and 1980s (aim 9p5s, falcons, rwr, chaff/flares and canards on the late modifications, as 30...)

-F5E tiger II

I was just thinking about that and honestly I don't think it would be good to add a swiss line, as they did have their 109s in combat against allied and axis planes, I personally feel a tree would fit better.

Unless you want the Swiss air tree to be another copy-paste nation like China, Switzerland getting its own air tree will be very complicated as there isn't a lot of viable original designs.
And this is not even taking into account that Gaijin has to find documents about the aircrafts in order to be able to implement them into the game.
I would rather see Switzerland as a small air sub-tree with only original designs than having another copy-paste nation.

I am offended by this. I've spent months researching Swiss aircraft and there are at least 48 indigenously made (more if you count the Bf-109s with swiss armament) aircraft for the Swiss. And unlike China, the Swiss have at least 3 unique vehicles in each tier (Rank VI being the one with only 3)

I would have said splitting it between germany, france and Italy but if majority agree on switzerland being it's own nation then sure I wouldn't mind, would love to see Swiss vehicles and switzerland in war thunder. +1

Just try and make sure there isnt too mauch copy and paste stuff, other then that it would make a great air and ground tree!

Ey, yeah a bit of progress has been made, but right now depression is kicking me while I'm down. I'll try to have it finished ASAP as a suggestion, with a ground forces tree to follow eventually. I already have it put together in the preliminary stages.

Hope you're feeling better soon. I know how life has the nasty property of kicking you in the nuts when your already down, but it will eventually get better.
