Background:

The T-64BM Bulat also called the Obyekt 447AM-1 which is a heavily upgrade version of the T-64B. After the fall the Soviet Union, Ukraine received about 2200 T-64 from the former Soviet Union. The upgrade project aimed to upgrade the old T-64 up to modern combat capability. Originally, there were two versions of project were proposed which called T-64BM (also called T-64U) and the T-64BM2 and the T-64BM2 equipped with a new auto loader but with a inferior fire control system. Finally, the more advanced version - T-64BM Bulat was selected for the upgrade project. The T-64BM Bulat was upgraded by Morozov Machine Design Bureau of Kharkiv in Ukraine and developed since 1999. The T-64BM Bulat entered service in Ukrainian Army in 2005. The aim of this upgrade project was enhancing the tank specifications significantly which aimed to support troops during combat, overcome waster obstacles and swamps, rapid counteraction to enemy counter-offensive and perform other tasks. The upgrade project focused in the improvement of the mobility included the modernization of the power unit and installing the more power engine 5TDFM, the improvement of fire power by modernization of the armament and the equipped of 1A43U fire control system and PNK-4CR commander sight which increasing the fire efficiency and the improvement of the protection by enhancing the ability to withstand the modern anti-tank rounds by installing passive protection, built-in dynamic protection and air-defense systems. The overall performance of the T-64BM Bulat is similar to T-90 and very close to Ukrainian T-84 OPLOT. This tank was seen in action in conflict of Ukraine and Russia and widely use in this conflict during 2014. I'd like to see this but I wonder where Ukrainian vehicles would go.  Putting them in the Russian tree seems like a bad idea.  Future Eastern European tree perhaps?

I’m pretty sure this tank competed in a Tankathon and lost a wheel but still came near the top. Could’ve been a regular T-64BV. Nevertheless add!

This Kharkovite tractor would compliment my 10.7 lineup well.

It's of USSR lineage so stick it in the USSR tree.

Ukraine was a part of the USSR until the union dissolved, it only makes sense that it would go to that tree m8. +1 btw.

There's also the T-64 BM2 Bulat. A 2019 modernization that fixes many of the issues of the BM Bulat.
Easily recognizable by the enlarged engine compartment with slat armor for the new 1000hp 6TD-1 engine and transmission.
As well received TPN-1TPV thermal sight, raised turret ring and improved Nozh ERA.
