[Feedback 30/11/2021] The drag chute on the Mig-23M is not working properly.

It appears that the drag chute of the Mig-23M is deployed vertically above the aircraft rather than behind the aircraft. There is also no slowdown effect.

# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Online match, test drive mode does not work properly when the drag chute is activated.

I've testing this out and issue seems to be fixed now, could you please check on your client and and confirm if it's fixed for you?
