[2.13.0.166] Pz IV C-H Turret traverse too slow

My game version: (2.13.0.133)

# Description

In game the Max turret traverse of the Pz IV C-H is max 14°/sec, that came from british tests, but a by the british after a fire repeared Pz IV was used for the test. By Panzerkampfwagen IV Ausf.A-H : Elektrisches Turmschwenkwerk. Berlin : Heereswaffenamt, 1943. 47 p which i unfortunately did not find https://panzerworld.com/pz-kpfw-iv#turret-traverse is sayed 22,5 sec or up to 16°/sec, by the book Panzer IV Vs Sherman on Page 30 it sayes the turret can traverse in 23sec which is 15,65°/sec and 190 turns of the handwheel which would be 1,89°/turn (which is also written on the side above). As well as the Pz IV Turret drive was taken over from the Nb.Fz which could do 15°/sec and has similar 1,87°/turn of the handcrank. (0,02°/turn less which is of no matter for the Electric drive anyway.)
