Target1331 3,055 Report post Posted March 11, 2022 Did an initial check on some aircraft for the new UHD textures (made sure to follow instructions in the dev server opening topic - both ways, initial one with renaming files, and new way with adding line and setting drop down menu to Full UHQ). Some aircraft appear to not show the updated UHD textures (if they are actually available). One example is the F-4C (also checked F-4E). The standard camo appears to be of higher quality, but some unlockable/buyable (non-Market) skins have stayed at the lower quality. Screenshots provided show the F-4C second camo from live & from dev software. Regards Conraire No, still shows lower resolution on the "secondary" camos. I cannot say for certain, but it appears it is happening to most "secondary" camos (not talking about market skin, but official Gaijin skins). E.g. the F-5C [USA] has a nice crisp USAF emblem on the main/first/primary camo, but all the other camos still have decals and stencils that clearly show pixelated borders. Similarly, Yak-38M, Yak-28B, Bf 109G-2/trop (check e.g. the stencil on the wings), Fw 190 A-5 (though Fw 190s just need a complete 3D overhaul, not just textures, they are beyond rescue), LaGG-3-35, A6M3 (Thunder League skin, see stencils on elevator), Wellington Mk.Ic/L. Then others appear fine, e.g. I checked the B-25J-1 with its secondary camos, and they all appear to have been increased to UHD. Target1331 3,055 Report post Posted April 14, 2022 Need to expand this even further. I noticed that when damage is applied, it also reverts to the lower quality skin, even on the high quality skins. See screenshots, esp. the blue on the NK roundel on the fuselage.
