aubl/74 AUBL/74, AUBL/74 HVG - Incorrect transmission implementation

# Description
       Currently, the AUBL family of vehicles (vehicles that are build on platform of Fiat 6616 as per [1][2]) have just 5 forward gears and 1 backward.

This is however incorrect, as vehicles built on Fiat 6616 platform were equipped with 2 speed transfer case. [2][3][4][5]

Current gear ratios in game are:

The official source [3] states, that gear ratios for 6616's manual transmission are:

1st → 5.571:1

2nd → 3.168:1

3rd → 2.019:1

4th → 1.260:1

5th → 1.000:1

Reverse → 5.146:1   (-5.146:1)

 

With transfer box having two following ratios (range):

High ratio → 0.913:1

Low ratio → 2.320:1

Correct amount of transmission gears therefore should be 10 forward, 2 backward (double) and adjusted as per provided data. [2][3][4]

 

# Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Launch a game, hop into the battle, testdrive, or custom battle no matter the mode

2. Switch to manual transmission mode and observe the gear's limits.

This is not a bug. When a transfer case is installed, only the high gear ratio is considered.

 

This is why the gear ratio of the BMP-2 and Type 61 has changed
