Chinese tank number decals (PLA)

Hello everyone,

So I decided to suggest the addition of certain decals that would add diversity for the Chinese tanks' customization diversity.

 

Background:

So far, China is the only nation that did not come with its set of decals upon or near its tree release, for air and ground forces alike. If we were to encounter decals under the "China" category, it would often be under "common" category that was just moved, or acquired during unique decal collection events.

 

China (and nearby ComBloc/ex-ones countries) IRL are also known for having large vehicle identification numbers on their ground vehicles, along with a national marking (eg: BaYi star, KPA emblem, etc)

 

As a result of this phenomenon, I thought that adding decals for Chinese vehicles, in this case, PLA tanks, would be a good decision for now, especially given the fact that the Chinese ground forces arsenal is getting bigger every patch. It would be resemblant to the USA, Germany, and USSR's habits of slapping large numbers on their tanks IRL, which is reminisced in the game. 

Current in-game examples include:

USA: 758, 711, 54

Germany: 022, 334, 244, F13, 535

USSR: 321, 307, 864, 5100, 20, 100, 14
