there should be new Naval+Air  battle mode. During game main target should be  Aircraft carrier .Gameplay Both sides protect own fleet and attack enemy fleet carrier using Naval Warships ,Naval aircraft (fighters  torpedo-dive bomber) Medium and a long range bombers. During game players can land in carrier for repair and resupply. Diving towards carriers to hit it with bomb using these Aircraft SBD Dauntlesses(all types) , Aichi D3A(vals) Stukas with  others aircraft available in game will be more fun

Sounds like something that could be incorporated into naval EC, which already has carrier objectives but they're not spawn locations for planes. Aircraft are still much more prominent in naval EC, mainly due to just how large the maps are and how long the matches last, and because there are so many air-focused objectives carried over from the air EC template. Check out naval EC if you haven't already. If you have any questions about naval EC, fell free to ask.

Sorry what is naval EC

Naval Enduring Confrontation is an adaptation of aircraft Enduring Confrontation, for ships and aircraft. It is a multi-hour long objective-based game mode played on huge maps. There are various objectives such as attacking/defending an AI carrier and her escorts, defending against a wave of enemy bombers, and capturing ports which also act as spawn locations when captured. Due to the nature of the mode, it is most suited for high tier cruisers and capital ships, as well as aircraft(there are multiple airfields to take off from). Naval EC is available from Thursday 11:00 GMT to Monday 11:00 GMT every week and can be found in the events tab at the top right of the hangar screen. It alternates between pseudo-AB(which is basically RB with at-sea/in-air torpedo and bomb reloads) and RB every day within that period, again at 11:00 GMT. Read the in-game description of the mode carefully, as you need to fulfil certain conditions on order to participate in EC.

Sadly the overall gameplay in naval EC is currently not too different from normal battles, aside from the inherent differences caused by larger maps and longer match time. This is due to the objectives being mostly copied over from air EC and not really suitably adapted towards naval combat. But this mode has absolutely huge potential to become an end-all be-all game mode for naval, and could very well be expanded to encompass air RB EC, with more detailed carrier objectives like what you described in the OP. It is already a much better mode for larger ships for which the normal maps are ridiculously small.

If you have some decent high tier cruisers, I'd highly recommend trying out naval EC and see if it suits your taste.
