Incorrect mass, velocity, and name of 45-mm O-243

# Description

The mass, velocity, and name of the 45 mm HE shell O-243 is incorrect.

 

The in-game muzzle velocity is 343 m/s, while it should be 335 m/s. The muzzle velocity 343 m/s is only found on the longer-barrel 45-mm M-42 gun, not on the older 19-K, 20-K, and 53-K guns.

 

The mass of the shell should also be 2.14 kg, not 2.15 kg. This is proven by the third source.

 

Additionally, the name of the shell is incorrect, UO-243 is the name of the complete cartridge, while the projectile is O-240 (which is in line with other 45-mm ammo, e.g. BR-240). This is proven by the third source.
