The source mentions the maximum RPM was 3600 and that it shouldn't drop below 1000. Max speeds in forward and reverse was 29.5 and 3.5 mph respectively.

1. Launch the AC1 in test drive

2. Attempt to go past 28 mph

This topic mentions a source that quote's the 28 mph limit "These Figures are attained with low final drive and may be improved with higher ratio."
