IIRC we cannot see them but we can be invited to them as that's how I was able to play them. Honestly IDK why they don't just allow them to being joinable since all the content is in game and not external materials. To that end I kinda wish the devs would maybe add in a system similar to GTAV or Fo76 were player made setups/ scenarios were playable by every player and such rooms seen by any player.
