As a good will, they've could upped the rewards (RP/SL) by a certain margin in the meantime. But Gaijin hasn't changed anything so far. So as long as there's no change, all what's written by Gaijin is worthless - imo just done to calm down people. Actions speaks louder than words. So far we only got words. Many people have gone through entire tech trees only to find out many of the vehicles are no longer viable and lineups cannot be created.
