Is the Tornado IDS top heavy - it keeps trying to roll over?

I first noticed it yesterday, with the La Royale update, that my Tornado suddenly wants to roll over all the time.  I'm constantly trying to correct it as it tilts first one way, and then the other.  Is that normal, and I just never noticed it before, or could a bug with its flight mechanics have been introduced, perhaps?
