Russian devs confirmed Kugelblitz and Wirbelwind in next major patch or any of major patches, IIRC. 

 

Kugelblitz will be an interesting tank. Unlike the typical AAA tank, the 30mm cannon on the Kugel will allow it to act to some degree in an anti tank mode, as well as the Anti Air.
