AMX-32 with the 105mm gun, see the sloped hull to differentiate it from the AMX-40, then look at the laser rangefinder on its right to differentiate it from the AMX-32 with the 120mm gun :

Now here is the AMX-32 with the CN120-25 120mm gun, see the lack of laser rangefinder on the right and the much more angular mantlet, the hull was also changed, meaning more armor ? Now to differentiate it from the AMX-40, you can look at the first less sloped part of the LFP, it's significantly smaller than the one on the AMX-40, and the mantlet is less angular on the AMX-40 :

And here's the AMX-40, it has a less angular mantlet when compared to the AMX-32 120mm, and a not so sloped lower front plate, that's the most obvious difference when compared to the AMX-32 105mm :

 

Also,you can look at the number of roadwheels.5 roadwheels and rounded turret?AMX-30.5 roadwheels and boxy turret? AMX-32.6 roadwheels and boxy turret? AMX-40.

still all for both AMX-32s. sure the lack of a real stabilizer is a major hindrance, but the AMX-32 CN-105 would make for another good 7.7 BR tank while the AMX-32 G1 could be as low as 8.3 or 8.7 since unstabilized tanks are dodgier than a pre-rework Challenger 1.

AMX 32 105/120 mm versions shared their FCS with the AMX 40. They were also equipped with the stabilized panoramic commander sight that was linked to the gun. 

 

They will be equipped with a stabilizer.

 

Many foreign sources got many things wrong about FCS found on french tanks... some site will tell you that amx 30 received a gun stabillzer throughout production which is completely wrong of course.

 

The only thing you have to understand is that the fcs of the amx32 and amx40 is the exact same.... it re-uses the system found on the amx 30b2 but adds a panoramic stabilized sight that is linked to the gun. Amx 30's were also supposed to receive this device but never did due to cost and development of the Leclerc.

 

To sum it up, here is the list of stabilized tanks that can be added to the game.

 

Amx32 105 (9.0)

Amx 32 120 ( 9.3)

Amx 30c2 (8.7)

Amx30d (8.7)(venezuelian and modernised version of the amx30b2)

Amx30e (8.7) (spanish and modernized version of the amx30 b2)

Not only that but also fixed OFL 105 F1 since.

Given the fact that amx 32 105 will probably end at 8.7 or 9.0 due to stabs+mobility+Apfsds fixed penetration is a given to deal with 9.7/10 tanks

If they make the 105 variant. I do hope they also make the 120. The French tree do need both AMX-32 105 & AMX-32 120.

The French Tech Tree would greatly benefit from those tanks. 

The gap between 8.3 and 9.7 would be less violent, granting AMX 40 with a good back-up (AMX 32 - 120, I'm looking at you).

Now that the italians got their OF 40 Mk2A, i think it's time for France to get it's AMX 32, these two vehicles along with the Leopard 1A5 share the same concept, a 2nd Gen chassis fitted with all 3rd Gen tech that could still fit into them. And god, how much more enjoyable the french tech tree would be if at least the 105 mm variant came at 8.7.
