Sounds good to me, its a good intermediary between the 3rd and 4th gen for USAF. It also allows Gaijin to finally adopt a more consistent specification for the F-4E by simply splitting it into two models. I believe the current F-4E in game should be converted into the F-4E 1983 spec, and a "new" F-4E placed right before as the 1968 spec, at 10.7 BR. Not sure how this might impact ground, but this will remove the Phantom from 11.0 entirely as now all US Phantoms will be 10.0 (C), 10.7 (E '68), or 11.3 (E '83, J, S).
