I’m suspecting the pen changes got delayed til 1.89 at least for some reason. I asked Smin in a topic on the British GF subforum and he more or less said it was still being worked on and wasn’t quite ready. I can only suspect the reason is that postpen is being altered on said rounds too in a positive way.
