TBH I'd love to see Leopard 2A7V in game then Gaijin would also need to add more tanks for other nations so they can compete like the Type 10, M1A2 SepV2, T90M, etc. not the Armata thats way too modern but I know it is wierd to say that the armata is too modern when 2A7V is the most modern variant. Armata wouldn't be good bcs of its design and the fact that it doesn't have any crew in the turret.

I’m sure we will see the Armata when M1A2 SEPV3 and Leopard 2A7V arrive as well maybe even the Leopard 2A7A1.

Well my opinion on T-14 Armata being added to WT would be the same opinion I have on Ka-50 and Ka-52 it wouldn't be fun to play against it.

Also you couldn't pen the Armata from the front the only thing you could would be to destroy its turret/cannon/breech but you wouldn't be able to kill the crew from the front bcs of the malachit era it is estimated that T-14 armata has 900mm of armor on the front so no tank would be capable of penetrating it. DM73 which has around 800mm wouldn't be able to penetrate it eiether it would be "immortal" tank

I'm also suggesting a possible modification for the future Leopard 2A7 if that thing got added, which is the Leopard 2A7+, added armour package or anything, similar mechanics like what they did with the German BMP 1 variant modification in game.

Looking at this image (btw, you have the 2A7+ package too low), does anyone know if the German army even continues using DM12A1? Or have they completely switched over to DM63 and DM11 HE? If so, that would be a nice QoL thing to make DM33 the stock round, and then DM63 and DM11 as upgrades

I support this suggestion. I think we will see this added without the need for suggestion as more modernised or modern variants of the tanks will be added.

 

What I also think that we will see also Rank VIII with 4 gen fighters. I expect it to arrive arround same time as New Power came into the game. 

 

The question with Leopard 2A7 is how are we going get the veriants of A7? 

Sicne There is 2A7, then 2A7+, 2A7V and 2A7A1 with APS.

 

So I think the best way to implement the tank is to have basic 2A7 with upgrade to 2A7+ and then have extra 2A7A1 variant.

No. Germany is already overbuffed in ground, and half the nations in the game can't keep up with the 2A6, nevermind 2A7.

I would love a leopard 2A7 variant in game. But not the 2a7 standart I would love a 2a7V or 2a7A1 as those tanks bring either a Armour imrpovement or  survivability.

so, to clarify, basic Leo 2A7 uses the exact same hull and gun as a 2A6, albeit with an underbelly anti-fragmentation/mine plate, and new DM63 ammunition, right?

Not exactly, the 2A7 uses D-tech armor in both the hull and turret, where as the 2A6 has mostly C tech armor in the turret and hull, with late block 2A6s having some Dtech in the turret Face

D-tech would significantly increase the armor effectiveness, while retaining the same dimensions of armor

They recently showed the production version and a NATO event. 
I personally really like how it looks.

This is the one that they showed at Eurosatory 2022 but it got the spotlight stolen by the Panther and EMBT.

Yes it has something to it that reminds me of plastic toy tanks from the 90s. It would just need some wired laser or something to fully be one.

they added a new commander sight or at least elevated it. The open gunner hatch looks off but the antennas aren’t really that bad, would surprise me if they would really add them to the version that goes out on the field. Looks like they can get caught on stuff easily.

Does anyone know the pen of DM73 Neo and if it has anti ERA penetrator? I know this round can only be used on the L55A1s and is said to bring over 20% performamce over DM53 but I'm not sure if this is true. Also I read somewhere that all the A7s can mount the add on hull armor but the standard didn't have it for some reason.

If it's being tested against targets like that, chances are, it has an anti-ERA mechanism (penetrator).

The reason for it not mounting add-ons (from the start) was cost.
