The Su-7 is supersonic at high altitude and its climb rate is too high for any plane in the game to be able to compete. Even at sea level it's faster than the fastest jet in the game (MiG-17) by 29 kph. And yeah not a bad list

Why not add br 10.0 or tier 6 jets that can go up to about 1,450km/h or so? That would expand the war thunder universe.

10.0 should be for top tier jets of tier 5 and 11.3 should be for tier 6

the swift makes sense for WT for all the right reasons:

 

acting in many ways as the MiG-15 of the british tech tree, the Swift F.1 is highly similar to the Hunter F.1 while being more limited in some ways (ala MiG-15 vs MiG-17) but still a very good plane.

 

just like the Hunter, the Swift wasn't a one-off design. adding the Swift F.1 makes room for eventual inclusion of later designs (F.2/3/4/5/7) who vary between 2 to 4 ADENs, afterburners, and an improved tailplane.

 

there's a couple places where it can be placed- immediately preceding the Hunter F.1, so as to cap off the De Haviland family and start the line of swept wing british jet fighters. OR after the Meteor F mk.8 to end the main straight wing british Meteors and reestablish Supermarine in the pecking order.

 

taking these into account, considering the Hunter F.1 is widely seen as the easiest jet to do good in even with little skill and/or experience. placed behind the Hunter, the Swift will hold off the Easy Mode F.1 in favor of the less overwhelming 9.0. good things come to those who wait after all, but great things come when the good things are all good and done with.

and after the Meteors, people will actually have to play the mk.8, revitalizing that line and making the mk.8 seen more than once a day if you're lucky.

Yeah, its 101m/s but it was created at the same time as the Hawker Hunter, the Swift and the MiG-15 so its chronologically balanced.
