Last year was the first time we stated in a Q and A it was planned. It was a suggestion since 2014, but not planned since then. 

 

As for carriers, thats the largest and clearest response we can give. You should know by now we are not going to give out the specifics of an update 2+ months away.

I have updated the first post. I have added more naming consistency, changed the font sizes for everything and the colour so they all match, added some more "Confirmed", added some more sources, and added Section empty for sections that have nothing in them.

The Aoba itself was never in the files, only the gun, (tt_610mm_type93_twin) which IRL was used by the Nagara/Yubari/Sendai-class light cruisers and the Aoba-class heavy cruiser. In game it's used by the Sendai.

Yes if you have any links to those data mines so people can see it with visual evidence. For example I remember seeing the Maryland Mk I data mine with a picture in a Reddit post in like 2017. But if not it's fine.
